I am starting to collect data on different AA batteries at different discharge rates with the Arduino battery data collection system that I designed. If you would like a specific battery tested at a specific current, please contact me on the contact page.
The first data set is of Rayovac Ready-to-use rechargeable NiMh batteries discharged at a constant 50mA: (The Vertical axis is voltage, the batteries are freshly charged)

The next data set is from Costco Kirkland AA alkaline batteries:
